Schedule 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM, 12-hour shift with every-other weekend rotation. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our team. The nurse will work in a dynamic environment providing care to adult patients with mental health illnesses including depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. This role requires a commitment to patient care and effective communication within a multidisciplinary team. ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate and patient-centered care to adults with behavioral health issues. Monitor and assess patients' mental health status and response to treatments. Collaborate with healthcare team members on treatment plans. Document patient care and maintain accurate, timely records in the electronic health record system. Participate in patient and family education and discharge planning. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureActive RN license in the state of Nevada. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Handle with Care certification preferred. Minimum of 1 year of inpatient behavioral health nursing experience. Why ARMStaffing?
