Bankruptcy Clerk

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Bankruptcy Clerk to support a client in SW Houston area.

Pay: $18.00 hourly

Hours: M-F, 8am - 5pm In office

The primary purpose of this position is to research consumer bankruptcy cases and review bankruptcy schedules & statements for outstanding taxes. This will require the ability to read and understand bankruptcy plans, orders, and calculate interest amounts to determine whether there is a default.

Essential duties include:

1. Monitor bankruptcy payments
2. Various segments of Plan Defaults.
3. Research and enter consumer bankruptcy cases.
4. Handle general correspondence, emails, research.
