As we expand our Electronic Security division, we invite motivated individuals to apply for the position of Sales Account Executive. This role is crucial for driving new business development within our Core Commercial division, focusing on lead generation, relationship building, and showcasing our innovative electronic security products and services to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage a defined territory effectively, utilizing CRM tools for cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation. Develop and implement strategic service/account outsourcing tactics to enhance client engagement. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the core commercial market segment. Prepare and deliver customized proposals and solutions that meet client needs and reflect industry trends. Collaborate with internal specialists to design tailored solutions for complex client requirements. Engage in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence and generate leads. Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings each week to cultivate relationships and drive business growth. Drive revenue growth by employing solution-based selling strategies to expand existing accounts and secure new clients. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a consultative approach. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high sales quotas in similar markets. Skilled in using the Office Suite and CRM platforms to improve workflows and enhance client relations. Willingness to travel across assigned geographic areas. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. Experience in electronic security sales is highly desirable.
