Key Responsibilities:

  • Litigate tax refund cases in the US District Court or US Court of Federal Claims
  • Manage a high volume of cases efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide legal assistance to clients on a contingency basis.
  • Recover legal fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA), 28 U.S.C. § 2412.


Requirements:

  • Proven trial experience.
  • Strong litigation skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume case loads.
  • Expertise in tax law and refund litigation is preferred.
