Summary:


The GMP Supervisor position will have overall strategic and operational supervisory responsibility over their key account. Establishes and promotes goodwill with customer and identifies and grows opportunities within assigned site. This individual will need to have an in-depth knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and other critical environment cleaning practices and procedures, principles of management and supervision.


Key Duties:


  • Responsible for all day-to-day aspects relating to the management and maintenance of the GMP cleaning service within the contract specification to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.
  • Provide a cleaning service to the agreed standards in GMP areas in accordance with the Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators specified in the service contract.
  • Actively enforce relevant statutory, company and site H&S compliance together with the monitoring of related equipment.
  • Responsible for scheduling of work within the specified details of the contract.
  • Support and cover for Site Cleaning Supervisor in the provision of contracted cleaning services.
  • Ensure all agreed Client paperwork is available to GMP cleaning team and all paperwork reviewed for accuracy in line with Client SOP and expectations.
  • Provide training to new and current staff as required.

Requisite Experience and Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of GMP Supervisory experience in Life Sciences space managing critical cleaning environments highly preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Methodical approach and great eye for detail.
  • Good communication skills and demonstrate a pleasant, polite, efficient, caring, and friendly service to customers and clients in all areas of service, which GDI provide.
  • Desire to provide continuous improvement on site.
  • Knowledge of Facilities Contract provision.
