This role takes a collaborative approach to ensuring that our business processes align with our regulatory standards, internal process and operational best practices. You'll have the opportunity to partner with compliance, legal and regional operations to help support our growing business.Our future colleague.We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:Bachelor's degree in Data Science or related field2-5 years' experience in data analytics roleMust be able to understand and work across different types of data including, spreadsheets, CSV files, and text filesStrong experience working with MS Excel, including pivot tables & reporting, vlookup, conditional formatting, index/match, macros, power queryStrong project management, organization, and self-motivation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamStrong research and analytical skillsMust be able to work on multiple assignments, under moderate stress levelsCustomer Focus and TeamworkThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:Knowledge of the insurance industry preferableWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
