This role will pay an hourly rate of $11 to $13.Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.ResponsibilitiesKnow and understand the operations of the Doggett Ford Park ticketing systemFamiliarize yourself with each event (ticket prices, discounts, restrictions, reserved or general admission seating, etc.)Know and understand seating charts and configurations of Doggett Ford ParkPerform transactions for all events on the ticketing system with efficiency and accuracyCollect proper currency or credit card amount for purchase of ticket(s) as well as give back proper number of tickets and correct change for cash handling purposesCommunicate and satisfy patrons with world class customer serviceAnswer phones and address call-in purchasers request for informationReconcile all monies received from ticket salesMaintain confidentialityAdditional duties may be assigned by Box Office Director or Box Office SupervisorQualificationsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Windows based computersPossess excellent customer service skillsExperience working with the public and cash handlingAbility to work independently and as a productive member of a teamCapable of working a flexible schedule and extended hours, including but not limited to, working early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays in addition to traditional business hoursMust be able to work in a loud environmentMust be over 18 years of age or olderStrong verbal communication skills in the English language (Spanish is a plus)Proven ability to work well with all levels of managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsCapable of working outside in variety of weather conditions as this position provides ticket selling for parking lots and Doggett Automotive FieldsPosition may require long extended hours during a shiftStrengthened by Our Differences.
