Senior Installation Administration ProfessionalBecome a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Senior Installation Administration Professional establishes and manages relationships with internal and external clients. Coordinates end to end process from the point of sale to members loaded in system, ID cards issued, claims opened for processing and certifications issued. The Senior Installation Administration Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Installation Administration Professional creates accurate and timely reporting of implementation data, status, and metrics. Serves as the control point for all requirements gathering and dissemination of information to functional areas. Leads post-implementation stabilization process, if applicable. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.Required Qualifications:3 or more years of experience with Medicare and/or health insurance knowledgePrevious client or project management experienceClient Management/Client Facing ExperienceAbility to effectively communicate with leadership and peers, inside and outside the organization, both verbal and writtenStrong Presentation SkillsStrong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and TeamsAbility to utilize analytical thinking and determine root cause(s) and recommended solution(s) as well as identify trends for preventative actionStrong consultative and collaborative skills working with a variety of teams and internal/external partnersMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPrevious relationship management experienceProject or process management experienceAbility to utilize analytical thinking and determine root cause(s) and recommended solution(s) as well as identify trends for preventative actionAbility to prioritize work accordinglyThis role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurancePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higherPMP certificationPrior or current process management experienceExperience with Aspire, CI, Microsoft ApplicationsAdditional Information:At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA informationTravel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40Pay Range: $71,100 - $97,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
