Senior Proposal AnalystAs part of the proposals team, the Senior Proposal Analyst will work closely with Business Development, the Solutions team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other key staff to develop and deliver high-quality, compelling proposals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The Proposal Analyst will contribute throughout the entire proposal process, from proposal pre-work to proposal creation and delivery to limited post-submission support.Proposal Development ResponsibilitiesPartner with Business Development lead to drive the proposal process from start to finish, serving as the primary point of contact for proposal development tasksReview RFP in detail and identify mandatory business requirementsProvide all documentation needed for proposal construction to involved parties, including Business Development, Solutions, SMEs, other proposals team members, and other key staffProvide guidance to the Associate Proposal Analyst and/or Proposal Writer on other tasks, including text shell construction, staffing documents, appendices, mandatory forms, etc.Work with Associate Proposal Analyst and/or Proposal writer to populate and/or customize proposal text owned by the proposals team as needed for each proposalSupervise or complete incorporation of edits, proofreading, and final editing/formatting of textDeliver error-free files for proposal productionOversee and support proposal production tasks, as neededOther ResponsibilitiesAssist in training of Associate Proposal Analysts on proposal processesAssist in updating and maintaining boilerplate text owned by proposals teamSupport updates to and maintenance of training materials for all proposals team rolesQualificationsBA or BS, preferably in English, Journalism, or similar degree5+ years in proposal writing/management or other relevant writing/business experienceExperience in education or assessment industry preferredExpert proficiency with Microsoft 0365Skills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesHighly organized and detail orientedAble to work independently while remaining committed and responsive to the teamExcellent writing and editing skillsExceptional project management, planning, and time management skillsAssertive yet diplomatic communication styleCompensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: The minimum full-time salary range is between $80,000 to $90,000. This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, and information on benefits offered is here.Applications will be accepted through November 18, 2025.
