We have a fantastic opportunity at a local long standing, reputable steelwork contractor. They are currently looking for a Project Manager with knowledge of the Structural and Miscellaneous steel.


Joining a reputable company which has been in business for over 50 years. Leading their commercial projects to help continue building our future.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction budgets and negotiate to save cost and time
  • Coordinate schedules for material, equipment and installation
  • Communicate and work closely with detailers, estimators and erectors
  • Review, amend and submit shop drawings
  • Good time management - managing clients expectations and needs
  • Visit job sites and attend meetings when needed
  • Communicate with general contractors, engineers, management and architects.


Experience:

  • 3 years of project management experience
  • 3+ years experience working in a structural steel fabricator
