Program Delivery Director, ERP TransformationThe Program Delivery Director for ERP Transformation will act as the senior leader. Responsible for planning, managing, and delivering the implementation of the Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. This role ensures seamless integration across finance, HR, student information, and research administration systems, while aligning with institutional strategy and accreditation standards. Coordinate with the central Chief Innovation Officer and CIO to ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal standards.Vendor & Partner Management: Ensure effective service delivery and ongoing support, including Application Maintenance Services (AMS). Build strategic partnerships with technology providers to incorporate innovation, including AI-enabled analytics and automation.Team Leadership: Coordinate the activities of business functional leads, project managers, and technical/functional specialists. Foster collaboration across central IT, functional offices, and external partners.Performance metrics include:ERP implementation milestones delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.High adoption rate among faculty, staff, and students (tracked through surveys & usage data).Demonstrated improvement in administrative efficiency, reporting accuracy, and user satisfaction.Seamless integration with university-wide IT systems and compliance with regulatory requirements.Positive feedback from MSM leadership, central IT, and MSM stakeholders.
