More specifically, you will:

• Work independently in key areas of contract management, supplier management, compliance, and reporting.

• Draft and negotiate supplier contracts, amendments, and associated documents

• Work with FF&E category managers to accurately capture product details and pricing

• Create contract executive summaries and submit for leadership approval and signature

• Recommend and implement improvements to contract forms and processes

• Engage with suppliers to ensure compliance with reporting and fee requirements

What are we looking for?

The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

• Dedicated self-starter, who takes initiative with minimal direction and understands concepts quickly

• Strong contract management expertise, familiarity with legal and business terms, and attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams as well as externally with suppliers and industry partners

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to present information to stakeholders in a concise, well-organized manner at the appropriate level of detail for target audience

• Strong negotiation skills and strategic business experience

• Excellent critical thinking, combined with quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years of contract management experience

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field

•Experience using Coupa software
