Position Overview:

Are you a seasoned ASIC verification expert ready to lead in a fast-paced, innovative environment? The company is seeking a Lead ASIC Verification Engineer to spearhead the verification of their Beam Steering Mixed Signal ASIC controllers. In this role, the successful candidate will define and implement verification strategies, develop and execute comprehensive test plans, and lead full chip verification to meet critical project milestones. If you thrive in a multi-disciplinary team and have a detail-oriented approach to design verification, this opportunity is for you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the verification process for Beam Steering Mixed Signal ASIC controllers.
  • Define and implement robust verification strategies.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans.
  • Create and manage testbenches, test cases, and coverage metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with Automotive Functional Safety ISO26262 standards.
  • Develop System Verilog and Verilog-A models for complex analog subsystems.
  • Utilize SystemVerilog, UVM, and AMS methodologies in verification processes.
  • Oversee post-silicon bring-up and validation.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers.


Qualifications:

  • BSEE or MSEE in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in design verification of complex Mixed Signal SoCs & ASICs.
  • Proven expertise in verification plan development and execution.
  • Strong experience in chip/top-level verification of Mixed Signal SoCs.
  • Familiarity with Display Controller, Touch Controller, or Automotive Sensor Communication.
  • Experience with ISO26262 standards, faults simulation, and verification.
  • Proficient in ARM-based SoC verification.
  • Experience in building Verilog and Verilog-A models for analog components.
  • Hands-on experience with SystemVerilog, UVM, and AMS methodologies.
  • Successful track record of multiple Mixed Signal SoC/ASIC tape-outs.
  • Experience in post-silicon bring-up and validation.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior engineers.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
