Lumotive is seeking a seasoned and self-motivated leader to lead the verification of our Beam Steering Mixed Signal ASIC controller.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement verification strategies to ensure the successful development of our ASIC controller.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of our Mixed Signal ASIC.
  • Lead a team of engineers in the verification process, providing guidance and support to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, software, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our ASIC controller.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a lead verification engineer in the development of complex Mixed Signal ASICs.
  • Strong technical expertise in verification methodologies, including UVM, SystemVerilog, and Verilog.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
