We’re Hiring a Vice President, Sales to Join Our Team

As a Vice President, Sales at Vheda Health, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with key accounts. We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving health equity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly within Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), State Governments, Medicare Advantage Plans, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs). Your expertise will help us expand our reach and enhance our impact on the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate qualified leads within MCOs, State Governments, Medicare Advantage Plans, and TPAs to build a robust sales pipeline.
  2. Prepare comprehensive sales action plans and strategies that align with our revenue goals and ensure successful sales closures.
  3. Plan and conduct direct marketing activities to promote Vheda Health’s services and engage potential clients effectively.
  4. Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, articulating the value and benefits of our chronic care programs.
  5. Create tailored sales proposals that address client needs and demonstrate our commitment to improving health equity.
  6. Respond promptly to sales inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person meetings, providing exceptional customer service.
  7. Monitor and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends, ensuring regular communication with management regarding progress and challenges.
  8. Conduct market research and surveys to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for growth.
  9. Participate in sales events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and foster relationships within the healthcare sector.
  10. Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  2. 4-6+ years of proven experience in sales, specifically within MCOs, Government agencies, and TPAs.
  3. Solid understanding of basic business principles and sales methodologies.
  4. Experience in creating and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
  5. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  6. Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings and industry events.

  1. Strong planning and strategizing skills to effectively navigate assigned territories and drive sales success.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and relationships.
  3. Proficient negotiation skills, capable of closing deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  4. Goal-driven and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for making a positive impact in healthcare.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
