With everyone's commitment, anything is a possibility.Apartment Leasing Manager Responsibilities:Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent; Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfersAssist in managerial duties when neededMaintain confidentiality of resident informationPrepare reports and paperworkLease propertyThere are 274 units on propertyApartment Leasing Manager Required Skills and Experience:Experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry is REQUIREDExcellent interpersonal skillsSelf-starter and time management skillsStrong customer service skillsProfessional attitude, appearance and work ethicMust have flexible schedule availability as weekends are REQUIRED for this positionBilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not requiredApartment Leasing Manager Benefits:Tuition reimbursementRental discountsMedical, Dental, VisionGREAT Company cultureGenerous PTO policy*GREAT commission structure - Up to $117 per lease*Please apply ONLY if you live or can relocate WITHIN 30 MINUTES of this specific property locationLocation: 5801 Hollister Street, Houston, TX 77040, USA
