With everyone's commitment, anything is a possibility.Essential Duties of the Apartment Leasing Agent:Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospectsAssist in maintaining an active and effective social media presence for the property to enhance visibility and engagementPromote resident satisfaction and retention by promptly responding to complaints, questions, and requests and taking appropriate actions to resolve service issuesCreating social media content and marketing materials to promote the communityMarketing / social media content creation experience preferredGREAT commission opportunitiesVerify application and process paperworkLeasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collectionsGenerate traffic for the property by performing outreachKeep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer serviceAssist the property manager and leasing manager as neededThere are 392 units on propertyRequired Skills and Experience of the Apartment Leasing Agent:Experience in leasing conventional apartments REQUIRED; Strong sales and leasing skillsExcellent customer service skillsMust be willing to go above and beyondGreat attitude flexibility, and professional presentationValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not requiredBenefits of the Apartment Leasing Agent:Competitive payInsurance - Medical, Dental, VisionGenerous PTO policyRental DiscountsTuition Reimbursement*GREAT commission structure - Up to $115 per lease****Please apply ONLY if you live or can relocate WITHIN 30 MINUTES of this specific property location**Location: Breton Mill Apartments13555 Breton Ridge StreetHouston, TX 77070
