Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all clinical operations within the organization
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient care outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate clinical (non-MD) staff performance and provide feedback
- Develop and manage the department budget
- Stay updated on advancements in medical technology, research, and clinical development
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among clinical staff
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within a healthcare setting
- In-depth understanding of trauma informed care, CBT, DBT, and other therapy techniques
- Familiarity with research methodologies and evidence-based practice
- Experience administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological tests including autism testing, cognitive testing, and testing for learning disabilities
- Knowledge of clinical development and quality standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in utilizing technology for data analysis and reporting
- Doctorate in Psychology (preferred)
- Doctorate level LCSW, LMHC, and BCBA will be considered
- Clinical Psychologist licensure required
