CoWorx Staffing Services has an excellent opportunity for a successful Social Media Administrator to join our premier client, Yamaha Motor Corporation. This position will join the Motorsports Service team in Marietta, GA.

The Social Media Administrator will effectively engage in exceptional customer engagement, drive website traffic through effective community management, and increase revenue by strategically utilizing organic social media marketing.


What you'll be doing:

  • Tasked with monitoring incoming messages, hiding, forwarding or replying to messages, providing analytics on posts.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and feedback from customers.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with our online community.
  • Build and analyze social media analytics reports that include key insights, takeaways, and plan of action for Yamaha Motorsports social media landscape. To include overall management of brand sentiment, relevance, and influence.
  • Utilize social media listening to monitor trends and online conversations about the Yamaha Motorsports brand to better understand our audience and their needs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on content for daily posts throughout all applicable social media outlets. This includes the management of all comments and provide responses to our followers regarding product/services in a timely manner.
  • Actively interacting and engaging in relevant conversations, promoting our product(s) while providing support to existing and potential customers.



What you need to be successful:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of social media marketing experience with the proven ability to think socially.
  • Deep understanding and experience with social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube.
  • Strong Problem-Solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker.
  • An effective communicator who is able to carry their expertise across major social platforms, vendors, and technologies.
  • Excellent writer with strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
  • Prioritizes workload and meets deadlines for a variety of marketing deliverables.
  • Experience or interest in Yamaha Motorsports products is a plus.
