Zinnia has over $180 billion in assets under administration, serves 100+ carrier clients, 2500 distributors and partners, and over 2 million policyholders.What You'll DoBuild and maintain relationships with senior executives in the life insurance industry, such as CEO's, Chief Distribution Officers, Chief Strategy Officers, Chief Information Officers, and Chief Financial OfficersOwn your sales territory, identify prospects and convert those targets to new clients in order to maintain a healthy pipelineWork in concert with sales operations, solution consulting, marketing, and other stakeholders across the company to drive and advance the generation of revenue to exceed Company targetsBe willing to travel 50% of the time to meet with prospects, clients, and attend industry eventsWhat You'll NeedYou have 10+ years of software as a service (Saas) technology sales experienceYou have 10+ years in the FinTech or Insurance industriesProven track record of consistently exceeding sales targetsEntrepreneurial and hunter mindsetExperience navigating complex sales cycles with both small and large organizationsExcellent presentation skillsPositive attitude, self-motivated, persistent and passionateYou are comfortable with CRM tracking systems, Hubspot or SalesForce being a plusWhat's In It For You?Zinnia offers excellent career progression and competitive compensation with the goal of retaining and growing talented team members. The salary range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations. The base salary range for this position is $150,000.00-175,000.00 with an additional commission component. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive salaries that align with the individual's skills, education, experience, training, and geographic location. The range may vary above or below the stated amounts.
