With millions of shoppers and seller stylists, Poshmark brings together a vibrant community every day to express themselves and share their love of fashion.The ideal Senior Product Manager for this roleHas empathy for our sellers and is passionate about empowering themIs excited to directly impact the businessWorks to define the underlying problemsHas strong product sense and an eye for great user experienceResponsibilities:Identify KPIs and create a framework for measuring seller success, productivity, and efficiencyOwn, develop, and execute a seller roadmap to launch the next generation set of tools to help sellers get to the next level and scale their businessesIncorporate user research and interviews into the product development processUse data analysis, user product requests, and user interviews to determine the root problems our sellers face and come up with holistic solutions that will scaleWork closely with business, design, engineering, and data to drive innovation, productivity, and quality while iterating on the product until project goals and targets are metWork on all platforms of the product: Android, iOS, Desktop Web, and Mobile WebBe able to work on multiple projects at one time and manage competing prioritiesHave a can-do attitude and take initiative in a fast-paced environment6-Month Accomplishments:Identify KPIs and create a metrics framework for measuring seller successDevelop and own seller experience product roadmapDeliver 1-2 product features and implement 1-2 A/B testsRequirements:BS/BA required in Computer Science or a related technical field5+ years of product management experienceStrong analytics background and data driven, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and ability to execute against findingsMust have excellent written and communication skills, and be extremely detail orientedStrong technical architectural understanding of mobile and web products like PoshmarkMust have experience working with design and engineering teams to deliver end to end productsSalary Range: $124,700.00 - $208,850.00Poshmark is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
