Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Media Marketing and Business Development Supervisor to join our team. As a Media Marketing and Business Development Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing media marketing campaigns and leading the business development efforts. Your day-to-day tasks will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, training our marketing assocaites, creating procedures and opperations to streamline work and processes, and identifying business opportunities. This role is based in Los Angeles, CA 90046 and is on site M-F. (2 minutes from the Beverly Center)

  • We have a cool grace period/flex-to-start time. Employees can start their shift anytime between 9am-9:30am.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 5 years of Social Media Marketing experience
  • 3 years of supervisory and/or people managerial experience
  • Experience in media planning, media strategy, and utilizing new media platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Experience working with creative teams
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools


Pay Range to Start:

  • $30-$35 to start

The following are a list of job duties/functions, but not limited to:

  • Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
  • Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
  • Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy for your team.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by upper management.
  • Develop and curate Social Media Campaigns.
  • Resolve Customer Issues.
  • Thorough understanding of Social Media Platforms and its analytics.
  • Identify and engage with social media influencers, ambassadors, etc.
  • Increase followers and drive engagement.
  • Measure ROI and help implement KPIs, working with Human Resources.
  • Monitor brand campaigns and analyze data obtained.
  • Monitor SEO and Web traffic metrics.
  • Monitor and keep track of Social Analytics.
  • Run company social media advertising campaigns.
  • Manage team(s) time sheets and attendance.
  • Create Content For Multiple Platforms.
  • Develop And Monitor Campaign Budgets, working with upper management.
  • Find Relevant Curated Content.
  • Helps Brands Keep Up With Trends.
  • Manage Media Relations.
  • Posting and Monitoring Social Media Platforms.
  • Reporting Metrics to upper management via presentation.
  • Secure New Media Partnerships.
  • Strategizing Content and Campaigns.
  • Coach, redirect, and encourage team members to meet goals.
  • Perform employee reviews with Human Resources.
  • Work with your team on conflict resolution and keep dictation/notes on all matters related to employee relations, brand engagement, and employee capabilities.
