You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description: The RAH Investor Sales and Servicing Associate is directly involved in supporting the structuring, modeling, and maintenance of investor equity fund models. The position focuses on detailed financial projections and investor pipeline analysis and will also be involved in fund marketing and closing processes as part of a larger Investor Sales and Servicing team.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssists with building and maintaining Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) related fund-level financial models and projections including the creation of investor-specific benefit schedulesTracks client and prospect needs and works with Originations team members to prepare updates on property pipeline and match opportunities to investor needsPrepares investor due diligence requests during the marketing and fund closing processesSupports senior staff in investor sales activities, including pitch material preparation, data analysis, and portfolio analysis for existing investorsHelps identify opportunities for more efficient methods of internal data collection and distributionEnsures high quality client deliverables through strong written communication, presentation skills, and attention to detailAssists in compiling and organizing financial data for use in reports and presentationsProvides analytical support to senior team membersThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a directly related fieldThree (3) years of financial analysis experience including strong Excel skills and prior experience with financial analytic tools related to rental multifamily housing transactions using the low income housing tax creditThree (3) years of experience preparing professional PowerPoint presentations, including the ability to present the results of data analysisThree (3) years of experience in a fast-paced transactional environmentFamiliarity with the LIHTC program strongly preferredSkills and CompetenciesAbility to multi-taskAbility to thrive in fast-paced, team-focused environmentsAdvanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, and WordDedication towards excellence and achieving resultsExcellent writing and oral communication skillsThis position will require daily, on-site attendance at our Great Neck, NY or Atlanta, GA locations.Position Type Full timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum: $89,933.00 USDMedian: $130,040.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan.
