Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid 3 days in-office)

Client: Global law firm

Compensation: Up to $115K annual base salary (commensurate with experience) plus benefits


Scope of Position / Overview of Responsibilities

  • Drafts simple pleadings and assists with major motions and filings
  • Organizes all necessary documents for witness interviews, depositions, hearings, etc.
  • Reviews, organizes and maintains document databases
  • Utilizes legal software such as Relativity and litigation technology including eDiscovery and data rooms
  • Locates and reviews information applicable to a particular case, person or subject
  • Assists in the preparation of pretrial motions, trail binders, trial exhibits, etc.
  • Assist attorneys at depositions, hearings, trials or arbitrations.


Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel and Outlook within the MS Office Suite
  • Experience with legal software such as Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw or similar application
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication
