If you're an ambitious sales manager who's energized by partnering with their customers to realize their future, we want to talk to you.Ossid is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive machinery sales within the Southeast territory (East Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida). This role will be based in Atlanta, Georgia, or another strategic location within the assigned territory, and will report directly to the Strategic Accounts Manager.Identify, develop, and maintain profitable relationships with end users, channel partners, and independent agents across the Southeast regionCollect and analyze critical data to evaluate prospective projects and tailor solutions to customer needsPrepare and present compelling proposals, including pricing, delivery schedules, and technical specificationsNegotiate contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreementsFacilitate post-sale administrative processescoordinating specifications, product samples, and internal resources to ensure seamless order fulfillmentCollaborate with engineering teams to design optimal solutions and align pricing strategyDeliver expert technical and commercial insights during customer engagementsOperate independently with a strong work ethic and minimal supervisionRepresent Ossid at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer eventsMaintain accurate sales forecasts, records, and performance reportsThere's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
