Overview We're looking for a Brand Marketing Campaign Manager to help define and deliver the programs that grow Verkada's brand in market. In this role, you'll build and execute integrated brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels - from digital and social to out-of-home and events - connecting Verkada's story to customers and partners in powerful, consistent ways. You'll own campaign strategy, manage budgets, and collaborate closely with creative, sales, and demand generation teams to drive measurable outcomes including brand awareness, engagement, and event participation. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution. About the Role Reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing, this role is responsible for building and optimizing brand campaigns that raise awareness, strengthen perception, and generate engagement with Verkada's technology and leadership. As part of your broader campaign portfolio, you'll also lead marketing efforts and drive ticket sales for VerkadaOne, our annual user conference and a flagship brand moment that brings Verkada's story to life. You'll have ownership of campaign budgets, oversee creative development, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Verkada's brand is expressed consistently and effectively across every channel. We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week. What You'll Do Lead Brand Campaigns Develop and execute multi-channel brand campaigns that elevate Verkada's awareness and perception in the market. Partner with the Integrated Campaigns, Creative, Demand Gen and Comms teams to launch storytelling-driven programs across CTV, social, podcasts, digital, out-of-home, and experiential. Manage and optimize paid media budgets to ensure efficient spend and measurable brand impact. Create campaign messaging, provide visual direction, and develop toolkits that align with Verkada's brand voice and design system. Drive VerkadaOne Marketing Own marketing campaign strategy and execution to meet VerkadaOne attendance and engagement goals. Partner with Sales to build toolkits, incentives, and outreach programs that convert customers and partners into attendees. Integrate VerkadaOne into broader brand and awareness campaigns to amplify reach and consistency. Measure and Optimize Performance Track key metrics, analyze results, and use data to optimize campaign performance and future planning. Report outcomes and learnings to leadership, with a focus on ROI and channel effectiveness. Ensure Brand Consistency Maintain brand integrity across all marketing touchpoints including web, social, email, paid placements, and event creative. Collaborate and Execute Work closely with cross-functional teams (Brand Creative, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, and Events) to align priorities and coordinate execution. Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and reviews to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and on budget. What You Bring 5-8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand marketing, preferably in B2B or technology. Proven experience owning and managing marketing budgets across paid channels (digital, social, OOH, sponsorships, etc.). Demonstrated success launching brand awareness or integrated campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent communication and creative judgment with an eye for brand storytelling. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.). Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to be onsite in San Mateo, CA, five days a week, and travel occasionally for regional events. Annual Pay Range At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs) Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
