Job Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care:Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with ADL's
  • Vital Signs Monitoring:Regularly monitory and record all vital signs such as BP, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation, and report any abnormalities to the nursing staff
  • Medication Assistance:Assist with medication administration under the supervision of our license nurse, ensuring accurate dosages and proper documentation
  • Mobility Assistance:Help patients with mobility issues, including transferring and positioning, to prevent pressure ulcers and maintain their comfort
  • Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting care provided, changes in condition, and any incidents
  • Companionship:Offer emotional support, companionship, and engage in meaningful interactions with patients to enhance their quality of life
  • Safety:Ensure a safe environment for patients by identifying and addressing potential hazards and promptly responding to emergencies
  • Communication:Effectively communicate with the healthcare team, patients, and their families, providing updates on patient progress and reporting any concerns
  • Hygiene & Sanitation:Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for patients, including assisting with toileting, changing linens, and keeping patient areas organized
  • Team Collaboration:Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
