Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their travel desires whether it s a relaxing getaway or an adventurepacked trip and offer tailored travel plans.
  • Customized Recommendations: Offer personalized suggestions for destinations accommodations activities and dining experiences to create a unique trip that exceeds expectations.
  • Booking & Coordination: Manage bookings for flights accommodations excursions and other trip details to ensure every aspect of the journey is seamless.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide topnotch support throughout the planning process addressing client inquiries handling challenges and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Itinerary Creation: Develop detailed travel itineraries that align with the client s vision ensuring their trip is perfectly organized.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest travel trends and updates to continuously offer fresh and relevant recommendations to clients.
