We pay hourly, plus commission.Benefits/Perks: Commission, Flexible Scheduling, Growth Opportunities, Paid Training, Digital Workspace, Stunning Retreats, Massage Heights Family Fund, Employee Discounts, Competitive pay with commission and bonus opportunitiesSchedule/Expected Work Hours:68-hour shiftsFull and part-time positions availableRequired 1 weekend shiftDays and evening shifts availableResponsibilities:Educate guests confidently and effectively about services and productsAchieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card salesProvide exceptional service by listening, communicating, and responding to guest's needsExcellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulationPromote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapyDevelop and maintain positive relationships with members of the team and guestsQualifications:Exceptional guest service and communication abilitiesPrevious experience in sales, retail, or guest services is requiredProficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systemsFast learner with a positive and energetic demeanorStrong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflictsPassionate about interacting with people and consistently delivering outstanding serviceThrives in collaborative team settingsCompany Overview: Massage Heights is a national franchise U.S. and Canadian chain of massage and skincare Retreats that are locally owned and operated by small business owners.
