We are partnering exclusively with our esteemed pharmaceutical client to identify an experienced LMS Consultant who will play a pivotal role in supporting a significant technological transformation. Throughout this project, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap within the team, ensuring the seamless operation of their learning management system and learning experience platform, and facilitating a smooth transition to new systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various LMS and LXP tasks, encompassing reporting, data collection, and the development of standard operating procedures.
  • Navigate through ambiguity and complexity to optimize the impact and efficiency of their learning technologies.
  • Strategically manage communications from a logistical standpoint, crafting compelling messages to engage users and drive participation in training initiatives.
  • Oversee the migration of content, including content cleanup and process setup.
  • Drive innovation within the team by exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance our learning ecosystem.


Start Date: Early June; interview process to begin in early May

Duration: 1 year with the possibility to extend

Hours: 40 hours per week; 8am – 5pm ET working hours

Location: Ideally local to Philadelphia to occasionally come onsite, but open to virtual consultants with occasional travel


Experience Required:

  • Experience managing and optimizing learning management systems (LMS) and learning experience platforms (LXP), specifically Cornerstone and EdCast
  • Must be incredibly tech-savvy and able to quickly adapt to new systems
  • Understanding of instructional design principles is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with SCORM files to ensure effective content delivery.
  • Proven track record in migrating content between platforms while maintaining data integrity and streamlining processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels
  • Passion for learning and technology with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with NovoEd is preferred but not required if you have familiarity with Articulate Rise.
  • A background check is required for the selected consultant.

The pay range for this is $50.00 to $65.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
