One of our local client's is looking for an experienced payroll specialist to assist with in-house processing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for timely and accurate day-to-day payroll processing for 300 employees
  • Multi-state and bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Processing of payroll for hourly & salaried employees
  • Must verify all payroll entries including deductions, time and expense, earnings and changes, review and resolve any discrepancies as necessary
  • Assist with payroll wage garnishments
  • Organize and verify any additional data for final payroll runs prior to processing of W-2s, and process W-2 corrections as appropriate
  • Trouble shoot procedures affecting payroll and HR


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with multi-state payroll and payroll taxes
  • Proficient in ADP
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree (finance or accounting related degree a plus)
