Seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Salesforce-centric development and administration, particularly with Financial Services Cloud and Conga, and hold multiple Salesforce certifications. Experience in finance or insurance industries is preferred.


Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development and administration
  • 2+ years using Financial Services Cloud
  • 1+ years with Conga
  • 2+ Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II)
  • Strong Apex/Visualforce development skills
  • Experience with IDEs like Visual Studio
  • Preferred: Finance, Insurance, or Private Equity industry experience


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing logic, interfaces, workflows, automation, and security within the Salesforce platform.
  • Customize Salesforce applications using declarative capabilities like flow
  • Write, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, controllers, and batch processes
  • Develop custom user interfaces using Visualforce pages and Lightning components
  • Implement and manage security features such as profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security
  • Integrate external applications with Salesforce using various API Technologies
  • Maintain sandbox environments for proper testing and deployment practices
  • Document changes clearly for user understanding and codebase extensibility
  • Troubleshoot user issues
  • Adhere to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.
  • Understand business processes and design automated solutions based on end-to-end business process understanding.
