When all belongings duties are complete the Behvioral Health Technician will help with the management of patients in the milieu, facilitate group therapy, aid with activities of daily living, and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, under the direction and supervision of the Charge Nurse. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Review and inventory belongings in front of patient. Check belongings during visitations. Assist with supervising patients during visitation. Complete belongings requests from units throughout the day. Assist on the floor when there are no belongings. Help restock supplies on the floor. Qualifications Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in human services field preferred. Two+ (2+) years of education focused on nursing, psychology, social service, medicine or related field or completion of EMT, CNA, Medical Assistant, Security Training program or equivalent preferred. At least one year relevant experience required. Must maintain a valid driver's license in the applicable state.
