The LPN will be responsible for triaging calls, answering phones, handling prior authorizations, and assisting with stocking rooms. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent multitasking skills.Responsibilities* Triaging calls and providing appropriate guidance* Answering phones and addressing patient inquiries* Managing prior authorizations for medical procedures* Assisting with stocking rooms and ensuring they are well-equipped* Maintaining accurate medical recordsEssential Skills* Current LPN license in the state* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment* Excellent multitasking skills* Knowledge of EMR Systems* Experience with triage and managed careAdditional Skills & Qualifications* Open to entry-level candidates* Strong healthcare and medical knowledge* Prior authorization experienceWork EnvironmentThis role is based in a busy short-term care facility that serves 20-30 patients. You will work alongside other nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff. The schedule includes two shifts: Day Shift (7am-3pm) with every other weekend off and a $1/hr shift differential, and Second Shift (3pm-11pm) with every other weekend off and a $3/hr shift differential.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
