Treasury Customer Service RepresentativeThe Business Taxpayer Services Division within the Tax Administrative Services Bureau is looking for individuals with strong work ethics, excellent customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and team orientation to join their Business Taxes teams with a focus on Registration (REG), Flow-Through Entity Tax (FTE), and Corporate Income Tax (CIT).The primary function of the Treasury Customer Service Representative is to provide outstanding customer service to taxpayers through verbal and written communication and to review and process tax forms and applications. Knowledge of business tax laws is desirable. Extensive phone and computer work are required.Required Education and Experience:Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.Treasury Customer Service Representative 6: One year of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems.Treasury Customer Service Representative 7: Two years of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems, including one year equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6.Treasury Customer Service Representative E8: Three years of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems, including two years equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 or one year equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 7.Additional Requirements and Information:Please attach a cover letter and detailed resume to your application.
