Your efforts will directly contribute to Cutterpillar's growth and success by building relationships with prospects and generating qualified leads for the sales team.ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Research, identify, and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including email, social media, and cold calls.Prospect Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, evaluate their potential as customers, and determine the fit with Cutterpillar's products and services.CRM Management: Accurately log all prospect interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies, share insights, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Cutterpillar's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.Follow-Up: Persistently follow up with leads to keep them engaged and nurture them through the sales funnel.Metrics Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, prospect engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
