Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced real estate attorney to join our team as in-house counsel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both real estate transaction law and general business law. This position will report directly to the owners of the company and will play a crucial role in managing the legal aspects of our real estate transactions, as well as providing legal support for various business operations.


Key Responsibilities


· Assist our team with closing real estate transactions.

· Provide legal guidance on difficult to close transactions.

· Review contract and terms on each deal.

· Coordinate with external counsel when necessary to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

· Provide legal support on a variety of business matters.


Qualifications

· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

· Active membership in good standing with the Florida state bar.

· Minimum of 2+ years of legal experience, with a focus on real estate transaction law and business law.

· Proven experience in reviewing and negotiating real estate contracts.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Familiarity with the real estate market and legal landscape in Florida
