Job Description

The Global Security Directorate at Savannah River National Laboratory is seeking an Administrative advisor role. This role will support the SRNL Field Intelligence Element (FIE). To perform clerical/administrative or specialized support tasks. Uses administrative, data organizing and coordination skills to complete work.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for Candidates
• Maintaining management calendars and schedules.
• Maintaining building conference room calendars.
• Assist with new employee onboarding.
• Serve as the point of contact for SCIF facility maintenance issues.
• Assist with access control to the SCIF and escorting.
• Process travel requests and reimbursements for staff.
• Maintain SharePoint and document management as assigned.
• Assist with hosted events to include but not limited to: Coordinating meals, printing and displaying name placards, and other printed materials. Transporting, and escorting personnel, correspondence with A/SSOs regarding clearances.
• General building support.

Qualifications

The FIE operates out of a sensitive compartment information facility (SCIF), therefore the candidate must be able to hold a DOE Q/SCI clearance.

Minimum Requirements:
Associates Degree or Equivalent + 5 years administrative experience working in an office environment. Education Equivalency will be considered for this position.

Preferred Requirements:
15 Years professional experience.
Experience working in a DOE Complex or at a National Laboratory. Experience with BSRA SRNL procedures.

Currently in possession of a DOE Q Clearance, with SCI.
