Location: Tinian Island


Title: Tipper Truck Operator


Citizenship: US National


Summary: Operate a tipper truck to transport loose materials such as gravel, sand, dirt, asphalt, or debris to and from various job sites. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the truck, adhering to traffic laws and company regulations.


Responsibilities: Drive and maneuver a tipper truck safely on roads and potentially off-road terrain at construction sites.


  • Load and unload materials, which may involve operating the truck's hydraulic tipping mechanism or coordinating with loaders for assistance.
  • Perform pre-trip inspections to confirm the truck is in safe working order.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of loads, routes, and deliveries.
  • Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other crew members.


Qualifications: Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a minimum Class B classification (may require endorsements depending on the size and weight of the truck). National equivalents are acceptable.


  • Clean driving record.
  • US Passport/Must be a US National
  • Experience operating tipper trucks in a construction or similar environment (typically 2+ years).
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and safe driving practices.
  • Excellent spatial awareness and ability to maneuver large vehicles in tight spaces.
  • Physically capable of performing tasks that require bending, lifting, and climbing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.


Work Environment:

  • Tipper truck operators typically work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • The job can involve long hours, depending on project deadlines.
  • Travel between different job sites is common.
