Locum Tenens Recruiter (in-person)
New Healthcare Solutions is a leading full service healthcare staffing company based in St. Louis, MO.
We are looking for an experienced Locum Tenens Recruiter at our office in Chesterfield, MO
Responsibilities:
- Primary focus will be on the recruitment of healthcare providers including Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, Travel Nurses and other clinical roles.
- Perform full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing and hiring
- Must be able to recruit candidates in high volume
- Recruit qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the job boards, cold calls, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads.
- Ensure that all company protocols are followed & completed
Skills/Requirements:
- Minimum two years of Locum Tenens recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication with exceptional customer service skills
- Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset and outside the box thinking
- Knowledge of hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, acute, long term care, outpatient clinics, and other medical facilities
- Knowledge of staffing operations
- Proficiency with web based job boards and applicant tracking systems
- Experience with credentialing and on boarding
- Extremely organized and highly motivated
Work Setting:
In-person, Mon-Fri, 8hrs, Flexible times,
New Healthcare Solutions offers excellent base salary with benefits, plus commissions.
