Locum Tenens Recruiter (in-person)

New Healthcare Solutions is a leading full service healthcare staffing company based in St. Louis, MO.

We are looking for an experienced Locum Tenens Recruiter at our office in Chesterfield, MO

Responsibilities:

• Primary focus will be on the recruitment of healthcare providers including Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, Travel Nurses and other clinical roles.
• Perform full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing and hiring
• Must be able to recruit candidates in high volume
• Recruit qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the job boards, cold calls, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads.
• Ensure that all company protocols are followed & completed

Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum two years of Locum Tenens recruiting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication with exceptional customer service skills
• Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset and outside the box thinking
• Knowledge of hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, acute, long term care, outpatient clinics, and other medical facilities
• Knowledge of staffing operations
• Proficiency with web based job boards and applicant tracking systems
• Experience with credentialing and on boarding
• Extremely organized and highly motivated

Work Setting:

In-person, Mon-Fri, 8hrs, Flexible times,
