Join our veteran-led, family-owned SERVPRO team In this hands-on role, you'll help bring homes and properties back to lifeworking side by side with project managers to make damage feel "Like it never even happened."Why You'll Thrive HereA Supportive Culture: We're a tight-knit, energetic crew fueled by respect, work ethic, and genuine support.Meaningful Work: You'll tackle diverse tasksrepairing, restoring, and uplifting properties after damage, making a real difference in our communities.Growth & Learning: Sharpen your skills through training and development opportunities, working your way to management opportunities.What You'll DoProject Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and schedule tasks efficiently.Drywall & Finishes: Expertly install drywall, handle mudding/taping, and apply paint or finishes to walls, trim, and cabinets to restore aesthetic beauty.Interior & Exterior Work: Paint and stain internal and external surfaces to restore curb appeal and property charm.Demolition & Removal: Safely perform demolition and debris removal to prep spaces for rebuilds.Reinstallation: Reinstall fixtures and items accurately to ensure they function properly and look polished.Quality Assurance: Maintain high workmanship standardsidentify and resolve issues to guarantee client satisfaction.Team Collaboration & Record-Keeping: Work well with teammates, meticulously track work performed and hours logged, and contribute positively to the team dynamic.What You BringExperience in professional home remodeling or a related field is required.2-year college degree preferred, High School Diploma required.A rock-solid work ethic, honesty, reliability, and keen attention to detail.Clear, effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.Willingness and ability to work extended hours when necessary.Must have a valid driver's license.ScheduleFull-time, between the hours of 7AM7PM (MonFri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends (based on project demands), and local travelwith occasional out-of-area work.Physical DemandsOccasionally - lifting materials, climbing ladders, operating in heat/cold, working amid noise and machinery.
