Internal Tradesman With Paul DavisInternal Trades work directly within the Paul Davis Reconstruction team to repair damage to residential and commercial property. We are looking for an Internal Trades with comprehensive experience in residential remodeling and construction. Must be knowledgeable in a wide range of repairs to include basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, painting, drywall, etc. You must be focused on delivering high-quality results while prioritizing safety and efficiency. We are looking for a fun personality who enjoys getting results.Team Compensation and Benefits:Cell phone reimbursementAccess to company fleet vehicles while on company jobsPaid vacation, sick and bereavement leaveHealth, Vision and Dental insurance eligibility on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.Hourly pay range $19 - $24 based on skill and experience.Opportunity for 40+ hour work weeksPaid time and a half overtimeTeam Qualifications (Requirements):Proficient in drywall and drywall repairProficient in installation of LVP and laminate flooringBasic trim finish carpentry skillsBasic understanding of hand tools and power toolsConversant in English (ability to understand work orders and effectively communicate with homeowners and team members)Clean criminal background check is requiredValid driver's licenseKnowledge of framing and basic construction is desiredSelf-motivated, able to work independently (this position is not part of a crew)Experience with carpet installation and stretching desiredExperience with exterior construction (siding installation and repair, roof repair) desiredBilingual is a plus (Spanish)Role on the Team (Job Functions):Providing outstanding customer service to Paul Davis Customers and ContractorsAssisting in warehousing, facility-related tasks, and reconstruction related tasks as neededBeing a responsible and respectful member of the Paul Davis teamSkills Desired of Team Member:Self-motivated to get resultsLoves working with clientsIs organized, but flexible.
