Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Design: Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions to meet complex business needs, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom applications, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Integration Strategy: Develop and manage comprehensive integration strategies, including data migration, API integrations, and middleware solutions to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Customization and Development: Customize ServiceNow functionalities using scripting (JavaScript), workflows, and custom applications to address specific requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Governance and Compliance: Establish governance frameworks and compliance policies for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with ITIL practices and organizational standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance, reliability, and user experience, implementing enhancements and improvements as needed.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and ServiceNow developers to gather requirements, provide technical leadership, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes. Provide training and support to administrators and end-users.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service management with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture and design.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist are required. Advanced certifications are highly desirable.


  • Technical Skills:
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.) and their configuration.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
  • Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration methods (REST, SOAP).
  • Strong background in ServiceNow integration technologies (MID Server, API Gateway).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide and support team members.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations in complex environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps methodologies.
