Service Coordinator


Job duties:

  • Service management: oversee maintenance & repair of MRB equipment.
  • Communicate with equipment superintendents & coordinators to ensure timely completion of repairs & maintenance; ensure update to date work order status
  • Ensure timely completion of mechanic payroll on Monday mornings.
  • Oversee PM program:
  • Set up PM schedules for newly acquired assets and initialize.
  • Create PM work orders and ensure timely completion; review oil sample results & schedule follow ups.
  • Work with EQ team and vendors to ensure PM program & process are completed to cleanliness & quality standards.
  • Track job damage & abuse work orders; work with division managers to approve charges to projects.
  • Telematics: coordinate telematics program
  • Review device health & coordinate repairs as necessary.
  • Work with EQ Administrator to set up new devices and equipment; work with equipment superintendents and coordinators to ensure timely installation or integration.
  • Track utilization to identify underutilized equipment. Work with project teams to fill needs with underutilized equipment.
  • Review weekly equipment hours
