This is a highly visible, strategic, and demanding position that requires discretion, judgment, and exceptional organizational and communication skills. You will work closely with executive leadership to align priorities, streamline operations, and execute company-wide initiativesserving as both a gatekeeper and an accelerator. The Senior Executive Assistant will coordinate logistics, streamline communication, and ensure alignment of priorities. They will proactively identify opportunities to offer support and help remove bottlenecks that could impact efficiency or progress. This role blends high-level administrative support with strategic operational oversight, ensuring that their executives can focus on high-impact work while you anticipate needs, manage critical communications, and coordinate across departments and external stakeholders. You'll also help lead a culture of excellence and efficiency within the Executive Assistant (EA) team, ensuring executive support is consistently world-class.Executive SupportManages complex calendars and prioritizes meetings based on strategic objectivesDrafts and manages high-level communications on behalf of executives (emails, briefings, agendas)Serves as the primary point of contact and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholdersPlans, coordinates, and executes leadership offsites, internal events, board meetings, investor meetings, and VVIP toursStrategic OperationsHelps align executive schedules with organizational priorities and key initiativesSupports implementation of cross-functional executive decisions and initiativesAnticipates and proactively solves logistical or operational issuesPartners with leadership to track and follow up on action items from meetings and projectsAdministrative ExcellenceModels best practices in executive support, calendaring, information flow, and knowledge managementCoordinates briefing materials and prep for key meetings, speeches, and engagementsContinuously improves systems, workflows, and tools to drive efficiency across the executive officeTeam & Culture LeadershipFosters a culture of ownership and accountability that minimizes rework and reduces the need for executive oversightMentors team members on briefings, execution plans, and communication to consistently meet executive needsDrives consistency and high service quality across the EA functionActs as a culture leader within the executive officebringing positivity, discretion, and collaboration to all interactionsAbout You5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in high-growth or high-intensity environmentsEmotionally intelligent and perceptive; anticipates needs, navigates complex dynamics, and communicates with empathy and discretion.Strategic, proactive problem-solver; operates with sound judgment and takes initiative to remove roadblocks before they arise.Consistently delivers high-caliber work; upholds exceptional standards of accuracy, quality, and professionalism across all responsibilities.Trusted partner and relationship-builder; forges strong cross-functional connections and positively influences team culture.Service-driven with executive presence; manages priorities seamlessly and supports leadership with a solutions-first mindset.Excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments; remains composed under pressure and adapts fluidly to changing priorities.Expert in time and task management; orchestrates complex workflows and maintains clear systems for execution and follow-through.Confident communicator at all levels; skilled in drafting, editing, and representing leadership with polish and clarity.Continuously seeks improvement; identifies opportunities to optimize processes, enhance tools, and elevate team operations.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and other executive support tools.Nice to Haves But Not RequiredBoard of Directors meeting preparation experienceExperience leading or mentoring administrative staffBA/BS degree or certifications in business or project management a plusPrior experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace teamsPassion for space and emerging technology industries
