Regional Account ManagerStart your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global teamRegional Account ManagerFull time, United StatesAs a Regional Account Manager, you are responsible for managing a single client account or portfolio of a regional account(s) to include but not limited to client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, business consolidation, sales of products and services, financials, business planning, and reviews, establishing relationships with key decision makers in multiple regions, and staff development. You'll report to global program management.As a Regional Account Manager, you willOversee the regional coordination of all communication across the region, both BCD Travel and the client's global initiativesManage new business implementations, working closely with the implementation team to ensure client expectations are metHelp measure and report Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a regional level and develop deliberate business plansDrive profitability of the contract on a regional basis by increasing revenues through up-selling and cross-selling to meet client's strategic needsIdentify and assist in the selection of technology tools and processes to produce desired resultsEstablish and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers in the regionPerform client business reviews and deliver regular financial reporting to all stakeholdersAbout youPrior travel management company or related business travel account management experience desiredExperience implementing and managing large market or regional clientsThorough knowledge of business travel account management and operationsAdept with travel industry technology and processesDemonstrated ability to successfully build, maintain, and grow customer portfolios and client relationshipsKnowledge of creating business plans and managing business/client strategiesPrevious experience in managing cross-functional work teamsEffective presentation skills in terms of development and deliveryHighly proficient in spoken and written EnglishAbout usWe're a market leader in travel management: We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world's best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Regional Account Manager is between $80,000 and $100,000.
