We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will assist with various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation and mailing of correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute office memos and internal communications.
  • Provide clerical support for other departments as needed.
  • Handle data entry and maintain records in databases or spreadsheets.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office training is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
