Job Description

Responsibilities: As a Cable Technician, you will:

  • Run cables from poles and inside homes (including climbing poles and working in basements) - must be physically fit to carry a 28 ft ladder
  • Verify signal levels on cable outlets
  • Provide TV, Internet, and Phone services for our customers
  • Install equipment (modems, cable boxes)
  • Troubleshoot issues

Requirements:

  • Own a white VAN or pickup truck (ONLY WHITE), rental options available
  • Previous experience as a cable technician (preferably, but not required)
  • Active driver’s license
  • Valid Social Security Number
  • iPhone/iPad for using the app to receive orders
  • Conversational English (other languages are welcome but not required)
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to carry heavy objects (such as a 28 ft ladder)
