One of our clients in South Orange County has asked us to assist them in identifying great Sr. level Front-End Python Developer candidates. The ideal candidate will be a team player with an analytical mindset who is both technical and business savvy. Our client’s initial need is for a senior-level consultant to join their team on a 6-month contract basis.


Job Description:

Responsible for crafting and delivering sophisticated software solutions to meet organizational objectives. Ensures software development aligns with functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements. Develops code, conducts unit tests, and integrates solutions seamlessly within the larger application/system with robust, clearly defined interfaces. Plays a pivotal role in refining user stories and defining requirements, guiding the team in estimating workload throughout the delivery process. Provides technical expertise to address complexities in story implementation. Enhances existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyzes test reports, and rectifies any identified issues/errors by identifying root causes. Documents and communicates crucial information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business operations.


Desired Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of software development experience with a specific focus on User Interface design and development
  • 7+ years of front-end software Development experience with Python.
  • Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
  • Candidates must be proficient in frameworks like Django or Flask.
  • Candidates must have a strong knowledge of UI libraries or Frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
  • Experience with both Relational (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB) database technologies.
  • Expertise in designing and constructing distributed and scalable systems leveraging OOPS and/or Functional programming paradigms.
  • Understanding of Distributed Computing and High-Velocity Data Processing.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, Git, etc.
  • Experience with software design and virtualization tools such as Figma, Dremio, and Lucidchart is a plus
  • Knowledge of Software engineering design patterns and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with people at all levels and with varying backgrounds in a team environment and foster/contribute to a collaborative, respectful environment on project teams & ability to function as a team lead
  • Ability to articulate change implications for any process or system solution
  • Excellent understanding of software development standards and processes
  • Ability to develop new approaches for complex designs
